Do you send out a sales invoice or any pricing information together with your parcels?
No. Rest assured, for your gifting pleasure, all orders placed through our online store will be free of invoices, price tags & packing slips. You (the purchaser) will receive the order and shipping confirmations to your email address and/or phone number only.

How do I create my own bespoke gift set?
Simply add our stylish Gift Box & Gift Card Bundle deal to cart for SG$15, along with the items you wish to gift or receive. This bundle purchase can be found under the “Gift Sets & Bundles” tab. Select the “Create Your Own Gift Set” link, or simple click on the link above. We’ll package your selected items inside our luxurious gender neutral gift box to create a beautiful unboxing experience, complete with your custom message handwritten inside your selected gift card.
If I don't add the Gift Box & Gift Card bundle, how will my items be packaged?
Your items will be packaged inside our gender neutral reusable gift bags, free of charge. You will have the option at cart page to add a gift card to your order for $7.50. Please include your custom message and we will handwrite inside the gift card for you.
Is the gift box and gift card included in an advertised gift set?
Yes. All advertised gift sets come packaged inside our luxurious gift box, complete with your custom message handwritten inside your selected gift card. There is no need to purchase an additional gift box or gift card.
Can I include additional items to be packaged with an advertised gift set?
Yes. We will select the best size gift box that will fit your additional items together with the advertised gift set you have selected. If you have other packing requirements, please contact us.
How does my Medley Trio Value Bundle come packaged?
Each medley trio will be packaged inside one of our stylish, grey or white reusable gift bags, complete with a gift card, where we will handwrite your custom message inside. If this is not a gift and you do not leave a gift card message, you will receive a blank inside gift card, that you can keep for another gifting occasion.
You also have the option to upgrade the packaging for your Medley Trio Value Bundle from our gift bag to our luxurious gift box for an additional $12. Please make the selection at the product page where indicated. The gift card is still included, free of charge.
What's the difference between your brown mailing box and your gift box?
It is not unusual to gift our brown mailing box with your gift box inside :) However, the luxurious gift box and gift card is found inside our protective brown mailing box, to ensure no items are damaged during delivery.
How long will it take to personalise an item?
1-2 day lead time. Our personalisation partners operate Monday-Friday and aim to complete our personalised orders by 2pm the same day or next business day, depending on the time of your order.
Can I personalise with a logo or special symbol?

Can I personalise with letters outside the Roman alphabet?
Yes. Additional charges, lead-time and requirements apply. Please contact us for full details.
I’ve placed my order, when will it be delivered?
Standard local shipping timeframe is 1-3 business days after your parcel has been dispatched. Our parcels are dispatched every Monday to Friday. If your item has been personalised, please expect a 1-2 day lead time to dispatch.
Worldwide shipping timeframe is 1-3 business days via DHL Express after your order is dispatched. If your item has been personalised, please expect a 1-2 day lead time to dispatch. Delivery timing of all international parcels are subject to customs inspection.
We will always aim to meet these timeframes but there may be occasions outside our control when your parcel is delayed.
Our shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link where you can follow the delivery progress of your parcel online via our third party courier partner.
Singapore residents: Can same day delivery be arranged for my order?
Please contact us if you wish to arrange for same day delivery Monday - Friday. The possibility will depend on the time your order is placed and if you have ordered a personalised product. We will do our best to organise a solution for you. Please note, free standard local shipping over SG$100 is only applicable to our standard local 1-3 day shipping.

Yes. If you have not received our shipping confirmation email yet, there is still time to update these details.
I have added incorrect billing information details, can I update?
Yes. Please send us an email and we will update for you in our system. However please note, order and shipping confirmations will be sent to the purchasers email address and/or phone number only. No invoice, pricing or packing slips will be sent out to this address unless requested in writing.
