How does our loyalty program work?

R&R Rewards is our “thank you” to you. Earn points for activities
like referrals and purchases, and use them for discounts on future purchases. The more points you collect, the more you save.  

Who can join?

You can join by simply creating an account. If you already have an account with us, you will be able to access your rewards and check your balance after logging in at the R&R Rewards page.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points for following us on social media, referring friends, making purchases and more. Please refer to our R&R Rewards page to learn more.

How do I redeem my points?

You can simply redeem your points for a voucher in the “Rewards” section of your account after logging in. Points are non-transferable or redeemable for cash.

Where can I use my points?

You can redeem your vouchers in our official online store only, where you have signed up for your account.

How do I view my point balance?

Your points and tier status can be viewed as soon as you login to your account. It will also show if you have any pending points.

What do different tiers mean?

Customers are placed into tiers, Insider, Loyalist & VIP, based on total spend over the last 12 months. You will earn points and unlock rewards, based on your tier level.

Does my tier status expire?

Yes, you will keep your tier status for a minimum of 12 months and have 12 months to either maintain or upgrade your status. A 12-month timer is activated when you enter a tier.

What do 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

Approved: These points can be redeemed immediately.

Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them.
This typically applies to purchases and referrals. A 30-day pending period applies once you place your order, and will be credited to your account upon items kept. If in doubt, please contact our customer care team.

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account.

For example,
this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

Will purchases prior to joining the rewards program be added to my points balance?

Yes, purchases made up to 1 month prior to you creating a loyalty account will count towards your rewards points balance.

When will I see points on my account after placing an order?

Points will be credited to your account after a 30-day pending period once you place your order.

How do I refer a friend?

Share your unique link with friends! When your friend places their first order of $60+, we will gift them $10 off their first order and gift you 400 points, for each friend that completes their purchase via your referral link. Points will pend until order is received and kept.

When will I receive points after referring a friend?

You will receive points from referring a friend after our 30-day
approval period once they complete their purchase. These codes can be used by new customers only.

I received a referral from my friend. Do I need to spend a minimum amount to redeem my $10 off?

Yes, you must have at least $60 worth of items in your cart in order for the discount to be applied and for the advocate to receive 400 points. 

I no longer want to use my voucher. How do I get my points back?

Please email our R&R Support team with your voucher code so we can return your points back.

How do returns & exchanges affect my reward points?

A 30-day point pending period applies once you have placed your order and in the event of exchange orders placed. After this time, your points will become approved and available for use inside your rewards account, for items kept.



Returns for refund:
Reward points will be cancelled for items returned for refund

Returns for store credit:
Reward points are kept and will become approved and available after point pending period

Returns for exchange (same value item):
Reward points are kept and will become approved and available after point pending period

Returns for exchange (higher value item):
Reward points are kept and additional points will be applied to your account based on the top-up value.

Do my points expire?

Your points expire after 12 months if left un-redeemed. You will also receive a points expiring notice email 14 days before your points expire.

Can I combine points with other discounts?

You may only use one claimed
reward voucher per transaction. You may use your claimed rewards in conjunction with other product, order and shipping discounts.

Can I redeem all my points at once?

We offer $10, $15, $20, $30, $40 & $50 discount voucher redemptions based on your tier status. We also give our customers the option to redeem points in other incremental values at checkout, if unable to complete a full voucher claim. With a minimum of 40 points in your rewards account, you can enjoy
savings from $1-$50 at checkout using your existing points balance.
