If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still intact.
Please note, for hygiene purposes, there are no refunds or exchanges available on our teething range.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact RAPH&REMY® via email within 30 days to arrange collection and return. In this instance, RAPH&REMY® will be responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the price of the goods as paid by you will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods.
If you receive goods which do not match those that you ordered, you should contact us via email within 30 days to arrange collection and return. In this instance, RAPH&REMY® is responsible for paying shipment costs. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned goods.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Deliveries will be made to the address supplied in your order.

You may have to pay import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies can vary from country to country so we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Standard delivery postage in Singapore will be free of charge for orders above SGD100.
The standard delivery time in Singapore is 1-3 working days.
The standard delivery time worldwide with DHL Express is 1-3 working days.
We will always aim to meet these timeframes but there may be occasions outside our control when your parcel is delayed. Delivery timing of all parcels are subject to customs inspection.
We endeavor to post mail out within 24 hours of orders placed.
Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change a residential delivery address. Allow an extra working day for deliveries over Sunday’s and Public Holidays.
